Gated Community in Orcutt, CA — Creekridge Villas Condos Market Update 

The Creekridge Villas Condos are located in Orcutt near the intersection of Clark and Bradley.  Within walking distance are Albertson’s, Fresh & Easy, Orcutt Buger and the award winning Chef Rick’s restaurant.  Creekridge Villas is a gated community with a secluded feeling and a central location; it offers a pool, clubhouse, and spa for its residents use and enjoyment.  These condos offer convenient access to Highway 101 and Vandenberg Air Force Base, and they are a stone’s throw away from the new 26 acre, Orcutt Community Park.

Creekridge Villas were built beginning in the late 1970’s. They consist of a small gated community of attached townhomes on a street named Via Mavis in Orcutt California.  Many of the condos border a large open space and offer great views.  There are one and two story plans and each offer two bedrooms.  The exteriors are stucco, the roofs are tile, and each unit has a two car garage.  Monthly home owner’s association dues are $350 (subject to change).  Nearby developments include Rice Ranch, Harp Springs and Oak Ridge Park.
