Los Alamos & Guadalupe Real Estate Market Update
The Parade of Homes is coming to the Central Coast. Between April 20 and April 29th developers will be putting their model homes on display. Homes on display will range from the $300,000 range all the way up to over $2 million. Please check out my page on new homes before visting any new home models.
Now onto the Los Alamos Real Estate Market update. This market remained virtually unchanged since my last snapshot taken on March 27, 2007. There are still 15 homes on the market, and 2 pending or contingent homes. In the past 30 days, no homes have sold, no new listings were posted, and there were no expired listings either.
As for Guadalupe, there appeared to be a relatively significant drop in inventory. Previously, there were 20 homes on the market, and currently there are only 15 homes listed for sale. Three homes are currently under contract. In the last 30 days, 3 listings expired, and 3 homes were newly listed. Only one home sold in the past 30 days, it was a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the Point Sal Dunes area. It sold for $390,000.
