The average price was $763,500, with an average days on market of about 4 months, and selling for abut 97.4% of list price, for about $407 per square foot. There were no short sales or foreclosures reported, so unlike the cities in southern San Luis Obispo County, the 2008 Avila Beach market remained untouched by foreclosure activity.
