Combining information for Pismo Beach and Avila Beach, there 132 listings on the residential market. Twenty two homes are either contingent or pending. In the past 30 days, 11 listings have expired, 13 homes have sold, and 33 homes were newly placed on the market. So, inventory is turning over at about 10% in those areas. The most expensive of these homes placed on the market is a Spyglass Pointe Home located in Shell Beach; it is new construction 5100 sq ft. home, slated to be finished in May, and price at 3.15 million. The most expensive home sold in the past 30 days in those areas went for close to 1.6 million. Built in 2001, it featured hillside and ocean views: Check out this gorgeous home!
