It is a bright and sunny day here in Santa Maria. I spent the morning meeting with about eight local loan officers. Things are really starting to buzz again. They were all exceedingly busy! It’s great to see.

Now onto the Nipomo real estate market. There are currently 207 homes (including manufactured homes) on the MLS market, there are 39 homes pending or contingent, and in the past 30 days, 15 homes have been listed as sold in the MLS.  The most expensive of these homes sold for $1,110,000.

Hey, but I know yo’re asking, what about Oceano!  Well I haven’t forgotten this beautiful little place.  Here are the stats on the Oceano real estate market.  There are presently 47 homes listed on the MLS, 5 pending or contingent Oceano homes, and in the past 30 days, 5 homes reported as sold.  The most expensive of these homes sold for $640,000.
