Nipomo & Oceano Real Estate Market Update
My last Nipomo real estate market update was on May 14, 2007. There were 201 active listings; there are now 210 active listings. Forty-four homes are currently under contract. In the last 30 days, 13 homes sold, 45 homes were listed, and 36 homes expired or went inactive.
Now onto the Oceano real estate market update. A slight increase in listed home inventory from 64 homes up to 71 homes. There are currently 10 homes pending in that area. In the last month, one home sold, 20 homes were listed, and 11 homes went inactive.
