2012 Lompoc CA End of Year Real Estate Market Update

The number of properties sold in Lompoc decreased 6%, or 38 properties.  Average sales and list prices decreased slightly.  List price decreased 5.8% and sales price decreased 4.9%.  Days on market edged up 8 days or 9.5%.  Interestingly, the number of foreclosures sold increased a dramatic 39%, and the number of short sales decreased 20%.
