		<description>I am having the same experience. They push you, push you and then they take their sweet time.  I&#039;ll never bid on another bank owned property.  These folks are crooked and unethical.  Why are we surprises?  They pushed the original owners out into the street so why would they  treat a potential buyer any differently?  Scum.  There is a special place in HE*L for people like this.</description>

My ciomplaint is that we were supposed ti close escrow on the 3rd of Sept and it is now the 11th and it still hasn&#039;t closed.  From the beginning, we&#039;ve been threatened with having to pay $50/day if we didn&#039;t close on time.  We did everything the seller demanded and now they are dragging their feet and we&#039;re ab out to lose our locked-in rate due to their non-operformance of the contract,</description>
